QuickBooks Online is an incredible tool for any ministry to handle finances, payroll and taxes. We are proud to announce that we partnered with QuickBooks Online to provide an easy way for you to push your contributions from Church Office Online into QuickBooks Online.

Background Checks via Protect My Ministry

Background checks are an important tool to help keep your flock safe. We have partnered with Protect My Ministry to provide seamless background checks within Church Membership Online.

Church Membership Online Enhancements

General

  • Individual first name now listed next to mobile # and email address in Directory reports and Directory List.
  • Added new “Add Appointment” button to Church, Event, Meeting and Service calendars.
  • Improved visual consistency and look and feel.

Text Messaging

  • SMS number and available messages now displayed in “Text Messaging” feature.
  • Duplicate and failed phone numbers displayed in results.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed bug preventing Household custom fields from displaying in the Custom Fields report.
  • Fixed bug showing incorrect balance due to accounts with an overdue balance in some cases.
  • Fixed bug that prevented successful editing of a single occurrence of a recurring calendar item.
  • Fixed directory plug-in error when searching.
  • Fixed Absentee Tracking – Service – “Today” would show an error that services could not be found for Today.

 

Check-in Enhancements

  • Added ability to specify alphanumeric (default), numeric or character check-in receipt codes. You can find these settings in Church Membership Online > “Admin” menu and then select “Church Settings” under “Settings”.

 

Individual Access Enhancements

  • New “Individual Access” settings, enabling you to turn on/off all features in “Individual Access” for your church. You can find these settings in Church Membership Online > “Admin” menu and then select “Individual Access” under “Settings”.
  • Individual first name now listed next to mobile # and email address in Directory reports and Directory List.
