It’s been a couple of months since our last major release and we wanted to let you know we are hard at work on some major new features to benefit your church. We’ve been listening to the feedback you have provided in our church management software feature voting tool.
As a result of your votes, we are pleased to announce that we will be releasing Prayer Request functionality in Church Office Online later this summer.
Prayer Request Features – Church Management
Church Membership Online, our church management software, will be updated to include the following prayer request management functionality:
- Create and edit prayer requests
- Add responses to prayer requests
- View prayer requests by individual
- Report on prayer requests created during a date range
Prayer Request Features – Individual Access
Me.Church Member Online, our individual access application for church members to access their church contact information, calendar, etc. will be updated to include the following prayer request functionality:
- Submit new prayer requests
- View and edit existing prayer requests
- View responses to prayer requests
We hope you are as excited about the new features as we are. We believe the ability for your church management software to enable your church members to submit prayer request online and your prayer leaders to pray for them and respond to them instantly will make a huge impact on your church. It is a great use of church technology to benefit the health of your congregation.
When Will Prayer Requests Be Available?
We are working hard to finish up the prayer request features and then test them to ensure they work smoothly. We plan to release the new functionality later this summer.
