We are pleased to announce our August 2012 Church Membership Online enhancement release. Based on your feedback and requests we have added several new features and have enhanced some existing functionality.
New Features
New Save Reminder
We have added a great new feature that will detect if you have made changes to many of the information forms in Church Membership Online and prompt you if you forget to save your changes before navigating away. We think you will love this new feature and it will help prevent a lot of accidental update loss.
New vCard Export
We have added the ability to export any individual to vCard format. What is vCard you ask? It is a standard, cross-platform format for electronic business cards. Saving individual information into vCard format allows you to easily export individual contact information into applications like Microsoft Outlook, Gmail, Mac OSX Address Book and many more!
Enhancements
- Birthdays displayed on the Dashboard and in the Birthdays report updated to show just the month/day (privacy feature)
- Contributions Overview report now includes the option to hide charts
- Mailing Labels can now be sorted alphabetically instead of by postal code
- Added Marital Status category “Separated”
- Directory List now splits mobile information into two lines for better readability
- Individuals report now includes City in the individual address
- Increased Directory spacing when all information options are selected to improve readability
